The Leap Chair-V2 by Steelcase was built on a model incorporating the most ergonomic and comfortable features in contemporary seating technology. Its back changes shape to support the entire spine, its Natural Glide System allows you to recline and yet maintain your position so you stay oriented to your work. This encourages more varied postures so there's less static load on the spine.

Tastefully designed Slats in both its back and seat promote thermal comfort and "breath ability," effectively controlling the balance of heat and moisture so you stay comfortable for long periods.

The upgraded leather option will include "low grade" bonded leather.

I was finally upgrading my home office / computer lab with flooring and equipment and wanted to have chairs that I could work in all day with ease, just like my corporate office. I've had big-box office supply chairs (bid padding) and even have an Aeron, but never found them to be truly comfortable. After visiting some offices with Leaps, I knew this would be my next chair and was joyed to find these for about 30% of retail pricing here. I was a little nervous after waiting 3 weeks for shipment, and reading some less than favorable reviews for madisonseating, but after the chairs arrived, there was no doubt I had made the right choice and these were indeed like-new chairs. I could only see some wear marks in the arm rest assembly which moves (could have been from shipping) and just a little dirt on the wheels. I've been using the chair for over a month now and it's been fantastic and comfortable. I've been recommending this site and chair to my friends.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant and suspicous of the price of this chair, which is less than half the cost of a new one from Steelcase. I have always wanted a Steelcase chair but could not afford the steep price. It may be "out-of-box," I'm not really sure, but I cannot tell the difference between this chair and a brand new one! I am so glad I found Madison Seating. I'm glad I didn't pay much attention to some of the not-so-good reviews. I wanted to write a good review because I think people are more likely to write a review when they aren't happy than when they are, and I am VERY HAPPY with my chair. If you are in the market for a GOOD QUALITY chair and are sick of those cheapo deluxe chairs from Staples and the like, I highly suggest checking Madison Seating chairs out! I actually can't wait to sit and work all day now!

I had been deciding between Aron chair and Leap chair and did a lot of research about them. Finally I decided to go with Leap chair and it was the best purchase I've ever made. The chair is fully adjustable and supports my lower back very well. And the leather upgrade is nice and easy to clean. I'm sure my visit to chiropractor will be less now.

The Leap Chair wasn't my first choice but after talking to the sales rep at madisonseating she assured me it was the best choice i could make for myself. I love my leap chair, I spend 8-10 hours in the office and this chair makes it a little more bearable. Thank you!
