I have this chair at my Fortune 500 office. Finally bought two of the high back models for my wife and I to use in our home offices. We are thrilled. These chairs are light years above the quality of the import chairs sold at discount warehouses and national office store chains. They completely adjust and have a great blue fabric. They are a real bargain from Madison Seating.

The Criterion chair is a really nice task chair for the small to average size adult (man or woman). The adjustability and seat tilt is solid and makes for an exceptionally comfortable chair. The prices from Madison cannot be beat on these chairs. We've ordered three Criterions and one Leap chair, all arrived within their stated delivery time-frame. A problem with one of the chairs was dealt with quickly and we are more than satisfied. Our experience has only been positive.

Very good overall office chair; excellent value. The Customer Service person we spoke with before making our choice was very courteous. Our order was shipped quickly and arrived in boxes that appeared undamaged.

Seriously, the best all around work chair I've ever had, and I've tried a lot of them, including the Aeron. This is my second Criterion, first purchase from madisonseating.com, transaction was smooth and shipping was fast.

I had been deciding between Aron chair and Leap chair and did a lot of research about them. Finally I decided to go with Leap chair and it was the best purchase I've ever made. The chair is fully adjustable and supports my lower back very well. And the leather upgrade is nice and easy to clean. I'm sure my visit to chiropractor will be less now.

The Leap Chair wasn't my first choice but after talking to the sales rep at madisonseating she assured me it was the best choice i could make for myself. I love my leap chair, I spend 8-10 hours in the office and this chair makes it a little more bearable. Thank you!
