I just received this chair (Aeron Highly Adjustable - Emerald), and the experience so far has met my expectations. I ordered on 8/16/2015 and received it 8/28. I used to have one of these in my office a few years back and liked it, so I am happy to have one for my home office. I was a bit worried about some customers' bad reviews of the company's practices. I have to admit to being a bit worried. However, having a great chair in excellent condition at a great price makes me a happy customer.

Just refurnished my office and purchased this chair for all my employees. I personally like the lumbar support over the posture fit but everyone seems to be happy. Thank you for the great service and quick delivery.
